Since 1991, MAID in Louisville has provided dependable residential and commercial cleaning services to homes and businesses across the Louisville, KY area. For over three decades, we’ve built our reputation one clean at a time — through repeat customers, referrals, and a simple commitment to doing the job right.
Locally Owned. Never a Franchise.
Unlike national cleaning franchises or third-party contractor networks, MAID in Louisville has always been independently, locally owned and operated. That means no call centers, no outside management company, and no corporate layer between you and the people actually responsible for your clean. When you call, you’re talking to a local, Louisville-based team — and if you ever need to, you can reach the owner directly.
Meet the Owner: Greg Braun
Greg Braun founded MAID in Louisville in March of 1991. What started as a small local cleaning operation has grown into a team of more than 100 employees serving homes and offices throughout Greater Louisville — while still holding onto the same hands-on, owner-led approach it started with.
“I guarantee that your cleaning experience will be an affordable and professional experience each and every time.” — Greg Braun, Owner
Our Sister Company: PaperChem
MAID in Louisville works alongside our sister company, PaperChem, which supplies the janitorial products and cleaning supplies behind every job we do. That relationship means tighter quality control over the products used in your home or office, and one local company standing behind the entire process — from supplies to service.
